The Department of Health is responsible for public health and healthcare services in San Andreas. The department oversees public health programs, healthcare facilities and services, disease prevention and emergency health preparedness.

Lucrezia LaSalle

Surgeon General

Dr. Lucrezia Hopper LaSalle began her medical career at Mount Zonah Medical Center in 2021, serving as a physician and later Medical Director before becoming Surgeon General of San Andreas. During her tenure at Mount Zonah, she led reforms to patient care and emergency response.

She previously served as Mayor of Los Santos, with a focus on public health, mental health and community safety. She has also founded several businesses. She currently serves as Surgeon General of San Andreas.

Mandate

The Department of Health is reponsible for:

Developing and administering public health programs.
Monitoring and controlling communicable diseases.
Overseeing hospitals, clinics and other healthcare services.
Coordinating public health emergency preparedness and response.
Providing public health information and education.
Supporting disease prevention and early intervention.

Organization

Office of the Surgeon General establishes departmental policy and coordinates public health programs and initiatives.
Healthcare Services Division oversees hospitals, clinics and other healthcare services.
San Andreas Fire Department provides fire prevention and emergency response services across the state.
