San Andreas has a strong record of aviation safety, and air travel remains a safe way to travel. We understand that incidents like this can cause concern, but there is currently no reason for the public to believe that air transportation is unsafe.
Our thoughts remain with everyone affected by this tragedy, as well as the first responders working at the scene.
The San Andreas Department of Health supports the passage of the Controlled Substances Act as an important step toward clarity, consistency, and proportionality in the State’s approach to controlled substances. The Department looks forward to earlier engagement on future legislation of this nature.

The San Andreas Department of Labor is opening its intake for San Andreas Organization Licenses effective today, Secretary of Labor Walsh announced today.
“Small businesses have always been the cornerstone of our economy,” said Walsh. “Today, we’re proud to be re-opening the intake for business licenses so that San Andreans can continue working in good jobs in our great state.”
The Department of Labor is accepting organization license applications at the State Capitol Building. This initiative is being coordinated by Guillermo Bravales, Director of Citizen Services with the department.
To the citizens of San Andreas, I want to begin by congratulating all of the candidates who stepped forward in this recent Senate election. Kento Romano, Mark Skyz, Violet Stone, Vlad Sokolov, and William Barlett each demonstrated a willingness to serve the public and participate in the democratic process. Putting your name forward for public office is no small thing, and the State is better for having engaged citizens willing to do so.
Following the conclusion of the election, two Senate seats remain vacant. In accordance with Article III, Section 2.E of the Constitution, I am exercising my authority to appoint acting Senators to fill these seats until the next general election, ensuring that the Senate may continue its work with with a full body of capable legislators.
Effective immediately, I am appointing Alan Fern and Travis Hort to serve as acting Senators of the San Andreas State Senate alongside the newly-elected Senators.
Alan Fern began his public career as a staffer for Senator Llewelyn, where he earned a reputation for diligence, institutional knowledge, and a deep respect for the legislative process. His path into public service has been defined by consistency rather than ambition, and his appointment reflects a belief in steady governance and experience behind the scenes.
Travis Hort currently serves on the San Andreas Business Council, where he has worked closely with business owners, workers, and regulators alike. His perspective brings a practical understanding of the state’s economic realities and the impact legislation can have on commerce, employment, and long-term stability.
Both appointees understand that this role is one of public trust. They will serve with the same constitutional authority, ethical obligations, and accountability as any elected Senator.
I ask the people of San Andreas to welcome them, engage with them, and hold them to the standards our Constitution demands.
This government belongs to the people, and its work continues.
Signed,
Governor Jessie Knapp
Second Great State of San Andreas
The Office of the Governor has issued Executive Order 301, officially designating the group known as Memento Mori as a criminal organization under state law. This decision follows extensive investigative work by the Los Santos Police Department, whose findings make clear that the group has operated as a coordinated criminal enterprise involved in violence, kidnapping, armed robberies, weapons trafficking, and other serious offenses. The order empowers the San Andreas Law Enforcement Office to classify the organization, apply gang related sentencing enhancements, and mobilize state resources to disrupt its activities.
Anyone with information regarding Memento Mori, its members, or its activities is strongly urged to contact the LSPD. Tips and cooperation from the public play a critical role in dismantling criminal networks, and those who come forward are helping protect their neighborhoods and the safety of the entire state.
We are proud to stand beside the LSPD as partners in this effort. Their tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to protecting the people of San Andreas made this decisive action possible. The Office of the Governor thanks every officer and investigator who contributed to this case and reaffirms our shared mission: safeguarding our communities and ensuring that those who harm our citizens are held fully accountable.
The full text of the order can be read here.
