The San Andreas Law Enforcement Office (SALEO) is responsible for ensuring public safety, upholding the law and maintaining order across the state. SALEO provides strategic oversight, develops statewide policing standards, and coordinates with local divisions to ensure consistency and accountability in law enforcement.
The Commissioner serves as the head of SALEO, providing leadership and accountability for policing across San Andreas. As the chief executive of the office, the Commissioner sets priorities, ensures professional standards and represents the interests of law enforcement before the government and the public.
The Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) is the state’s primary policing body, responsible for day-to-day law enforcement across San Andreas. While now operating as a statewide service, the department has retained its historic name to honor its origins in Los Santos. Formerly part of the county sheriff’s service, this station has been integrated into the LSPD to extend policing coverage in southern San Andreas. It focuses on community safety, gang prevention and rapid response in high-density neighborhoods.

Located in Vinewood, this station covers the entertainment and cultural districts of Los Santos. With specialized resources for crowd management, nightlife safety, and tourism, it plays a key role in managing the city’s busiest public spaces.
SALEO is responsible for handling internal affairs complaints and disciplinary matters within LSPD and all state law enforcement services. SALEO ensures accountability, fairness and transparency in addressing misconduct or professional standards concerns.
